About the NPC
Inspired by conversations in our Facebook Groups, the NPC was born to provide a space for networking, learning, and developing skills geared specifically toward neurodivergent people because, frankly, there isn’t much out there for us. There’s a lot about us, but not enough for neurodivergents by neurodivergents.
We strive for inclusivity and aim to create a safe, welcoming environment for all people regardless of race, neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, or other status.
In addition, in order to keep our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility (and of course stay within our budget), we are holding this conference virtually. It will be held on the platform “Gather” which boasts adorable pixel avatars you can “walk” around the conference space with in order to experience a proxy to being in-person. It’s a truly adorable platform, and it should bring an extra element of fun to this event.
